Private Couples 'Tantric' Yoga Session

Tantric Yoga Session 

90-minute yoga Session exploring deeper levels of intimacy, touch, pleasure, and safety. 

The focus of your practice can include any of the following:

Mood or energy boosting, grounding, restorative, flexibility, mobility, lower back, hips, arm strength, core strength, leg strength, balance, free flow, anxiety relief, emotional release, digestive relief, chakra focus (chakra of your choosing), emphasis on breath work, and/or meditation.

This session includes some individual yoga and movement, breathwork, and sacred touch practices as well as couples yoga movements.
