Group Yoga Session

In Person or Virtual Sessions available, sessions are 45 minutes - 1 hour.

Group Sessions are $65 an hour 

Phone Call or Video Call maybe be required for follow through with session. 

The focus of your practice may include any of the following focus areas:

Mood or energy boosting, grounding, restorative, flexibility, mobility, lower back, hips, arm strength, core strength, leg strength, balance, free flow, anxiety relief, emotional release, digestive relief, chakra focus (chakra of your choosing), emphasis on breath work, and/or meditation.
